How Penny works

01

Share your schedule

Send a quick message or voice note with anything coming up. "Dentist Friday at 4:45." Penny figures out the rest.

02

Forward what matters

School emails, newsletters, trip slips. Penny pulls out the dates, deadlines, and what you actually need to do.

03

Start the day with a plan

Each morning, get a clear, simple briefing and to-do list. What's on, what's needed, what's for lunch—handled.

A morning with Penny

All the moving parts, made simple.

School emails, lunch menus, weather, last-minute notes—Penny pulls it all together before your day even starts.

One message. A clear plan for the day.

No dashboard. No login. Just WhatsApp.

Two parents, one list

Share the list, not just the load.

Link Penny to your partner and you both see the same family to-dos. Add something by message, voice note, or forwarded email. Tick it off and the other one sees who picked it up.

No more "did you book the dentist?" texts. No more both of you chasing the same form.

One list. Both of you. Quietly in sync.

When your partner ticks something off, you know.

Penny keeps both of your threads in sync. No status meetings. No double-booked errands.

Privacy first by design

We only collect the information Penny needs to be useful. The data we do collect, we secure to the highest levels.

Penny is handling your family's most personal admin. We've built her so she has to ask for as little as possible — and forgets the rest on request.

  • No data sold, ever. Not aggregated, not anonymised, not "shared with partners".
  • Forgets on demand. Type "forget X" and she does. Type "delete everything" and we mean it.
  • Real humans, real address. A registered company in London. We answer emails.
In safe hands

Your data is stored securely in the EU. We collect only what's needed to run your daily briefing — nothing more. We never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.

Penny is built on infrastructure that is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant, ISO 27001 certified, and HIPAA compliant — the same security standards used by enterprise businesses handling sensitive data worldwide.

In plain English: your family's information is in safe hands.

Honest questions

A few things parents ask.

Do I need to download an app?
No. Penny is a contact in your WhatsApp. You message her like you'd message anyone else. There's no app, no account, no password.
What does it cost?
First month is free. After that £4.99/month per family — both parents included. Cancel by typing 'cancel' to Penny.
Is this safe for my kids' details?

Yes. Penny is built on infrastructure that meets the highest security standards — including SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA compliance. These are the same certifications required by hospitals, banks, and enterprise businesses handling sensitive data.

Your data is stored securely in the EU, we collect only what Penny needs to do her job, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.

What if Penny gets something wrong?
Tell her. "Actually it's 5pm" or "undo" works. She fixes it without fuss and remembers the correction.
